This is a part-time (20 hours/week), position with expected hours to be worked during business hours of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m |
Job Summary: |
The UCC Conference Center Assistant assists the conference center staff in the daily operations of the University Conference Center, to include providing excellent customer service, assisting with reservations and performing office tasks. |
Essential Job Functions: |

Customer Service & Collaboration: |
· Establishes and maintains working relationships with various A.S. and University departments |
Safety: |
· Ensures all operations are conducted with safety of staff and customers as first priority, and in accordance with the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan and other safety policies. · Reports accidents to supervisor and reviews changes required to avoid reoccurrence. · Reports maintenance problems and/or broken and unsafe equipment to the appropriate party or supervisor immediately |
Requirements: |
Must be a currently enrolled California State University Fullerton student in good academic standing |
Trainings: |
· Must complete: o Bloodborne Pathogens o Campus Health and Safety Requirements o CSU’S Discrimination Harassment Prevention Program o Data Security and FERPA o Gender Equity and Title IX o Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) o Introduction to Racial Equity Module o First Aid/CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of hire |
